Step 2

Pick Rental Dates

Choose your pickup and return dates to view availability and pricing.

  • Pricing automatically adjusts based on rental length
  • Longer rentals receive built-in multi-day discounts
  • Availability is shown in real time

Some trailers may require advance notice or approval, which will be clearly indicated.

Step 3

Reserve Online

Complete your reservation online in just a few minutes.

You’ll provide:

  • Contact information
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Proof of towing vehicle insurance
  • A credit card for payment and security deposit

Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation with pickup details and next steps.

Step 4

Pickup Your Trailer

On pickup day:

  • Arrive at the scheduled time
  • We’ll walk through a quick inspection together
  • You’ll sign the rental agreement and liability waiver
  • We’ll confirm lights, hitch, safety chains, and load readiness

Most pickups take 10 minutes or less.

Step 5

Get the Job Done

Our trailers are clean, maintained, and ready for real work.

You’re responsible for:

  • Safe operation
  • Proper loading and securement
  • Returning the trailer on time and in similar condition

Step 6

Return the Trailer

Return the trailer at the scheduled time.

We’ll:

  • Perform a quick return inspection
  • Check for damage or missing equipment
  • Close out the rental

If everything checks out, your security deposit is released promptly.

Pricing & Rental Periods

We price rentals by days, not hours.

Longer rentals automatically receive discounted daily rates.
There are no hourly rates and no weekend pricing gimmicks.

All pricing is shown upfront during booking.

Late Returns & Extensions

  • Rentals must be returned by the agreed return time
  • Late returns may incur additional charges
  • Extensions are subject to availability and must be approved in advance
